STORAGE

Fudge is best stored at room temperature in an airtight container.  We strongly suggest immediately upon receiving your treats, transfer to an airtight container.  This will preserve freshness the longest.  At room temperature fudge will remain freshest the first 4 weeks, but can last 6-8!

DO NOT REFRIGERATE YOUR FUDGE!  This will dry it out quicker and possibly cause it to pick up other scents from inside the fridge (and no one wants to eat chocolate almond zucchini casserole fudge!)  Freezing fudge, however, is a great option as it thaws very nicely - or you can simply eat it straight from the freezer if you prefer a harder consistency.

FAQ

Is Trio Fudge gluten free?

Most flavors do not contain gluten as an ingredient.  However, a select few do contain gluten (Birthday Cake, Cookies & Cream, anything with a graham cracker crust or graham cracker crisp topping) and we do not have dedicated separate utensils, surfaces, etc.  Therefore there is a risk of cross-contact with gluten across all flavors.  If there is a concern regarding gluten as a direct ingredient, please do not hesitate to contact us before placing your order to confirm your flavor selection!

Is Trio Fudge sugar free?

At the moment we do not have a sugar free option.  This has been requested by some of our customers so in the future we hope to be able to offer this in a variety of flavors!

Why no Peanut Butter?

We have a peanut allergy in our family, so we do not and will not have Peanut Butter available as a flavor option.  We're open to pretty much everything else!  Please note, we do not consider ourselves completely peanut free, as most tree nuts have possible cross-contact with peanuts and we do use tree nuts in many of our flavors.  Additionally, the facility we currently bake in is not a peanut free facility.

What are our personal favorite flavors?!

Jaime - Hands down, Mocha Coconut. Pistachio is a close second, and my favorite new addition is Chocolate Raspberry
